Substantial re-write
[edit]I'm planning to make some fairly major changes to this page so leaving this as an explanation of what I've done. The page already has a promotional tone tag but I think it also suffers from incredibly excessive detail (in part so it works as a promotional tool). It has previously had a CIO tag which was incorrectly removed.
The user who has made the majority of edits (and removed the CIO tag) is a member of her team.
I plan on doing the following:
1) removing promotional language, including the repeated irrelevant references to her age
2) remove irrelevant details and bragging (like the fact her brother goes to Eton) and unverifiable comments about her dreams or career plans
3) add citation needed tags against details I can't verify or where the only reference is her own website
4) drastically cut down the amount of listing in line with WP:NOTDIARY
Zhu has a good public profile in the UK and internationally and deserves a decent Wikipedia page. This current version is not it. BobbieCarynBevis (talk) 18:11, 19 January 2024 (UTC)
- I have cleaned up the article and replaced most of the primary sources with other news articles checked against WP:RSP. All the information corresponds with each respective citation, although the article is far from complete at the moment until further information is gathered. — Angryjoe1111 (talk) 12:04, 15 March 2024 (UTC)
- As per the discussion on the Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents, I will attempt to revert the article to the latest, unvandalised version. A reminder that user @WikiWizard88 should enagage via this talk page rather than reverting edits. BobbieCarynBevis (talk) 15:39, 19 March 2024 (UTC)
