As reported in the Des Moines Register (abstract), this building will be undergoing significant renovation and upgrade. At least one additional photograph (or a replacement for the current one) should be obtained that represents the building facade at street level, and gives a better sense of where the building is situated in relation to the overall landscape of downtown. Links to this page should also be developed from other Des Moines landmarks and development projects.
