Lead vocals

[edit]

Any indication that Eric Carr sang lead vocal on Young & Wasted? He sang it on the Animalize tour concert video. 70.107.76.221 (talk) 21:35, 27 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No. Gene simmons sang on the album & the Lick It up tour. Eric sang it on the Animalize tour

Lead vocals

[edit]

I've noticed that a lot of edits recently have been about lead vocals credits on different songs under the "Personnel" section. Does anyone think that the credits for lead vocals should be listed under specific songs in the "Track listing" section, like some of the other KISS albums?--Classicrockfan42 (talk) 23:23, 3 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Release Date

[edit]

The album was released on TUESDAY, September 20th, 1983. September 18th was the date that they went on MTV to unmask for the first time. That was on a SUNDAY night. New releases are almost always released on Tuesdays, and Lick It Up was no exception. —Preceding unsigned comment added by B5Erik (talkcontribs) 03:33, 3 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The argument that albums were released on Tuesdays is proven incorrect over and over and over through contemporaneous news sources archived on the Internet. The MTV "unmasking" interview makes no mention of the release date. alainsane (talk) 03:23, 23 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

decision to unmask?

[edit]

Can anyone add something to the article about why the group decided to take the makeup off at this time? Was it purely to create interest in the new album, or had it been planned for a while? Elsquared (talk) 06:16, 15 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
