The document says "presumably", so care should be taken when stating things as facts
[edit]I woul just to point out that, unless there is more evidence that is not mentioned in the article, the quoted venoma message does not say Farish was Attila, it says:[1] presumably Lin Markley Farish, senior US Liaison officer at Tito's HQ... and it does so in the comments section, not in any part of the message.
