Opening heading[edit]

I know this page and pages redirecting to it were deleted last year after an AfD vote but I am creating this page with new information added from different sources. I think it is notable enough to conform to Wikipedia standards, I will be working on this over time so please be patient if you are considering marking this for deletion.
