I would like to find some info on the T-AGOS Project Office out of NAB Little Creek, Virginia. They were in charge of all the T-AGOS vessels when I was on the USNS Stalwart in 2000-2001. I can't find anything on them telling me they still exist. I would be interested in having them mentioned appropriately here. --JAYMEDINC 20:19, 14 November 2006 (UTC)

October 2007 update

Just wanted to mention that, in updating this list, I am intentionally changing from the old ordering method (by hull classification symbol) to ordering alphabetically by ship name within each section. We usually do not list ships by classification symbol unless the list is about a specific class of ship - and in this case, these ships carry such a wide variety of classifications that it was not really helpful to have them ordered in that fashion. Additionally, alphabetical ordering should make it easier to update the list in the future, as MSC keeps their list alphabetically. Maralia 02:21, 7 October 2007 (UTC)

List of MSC ships currently in commission?

At least it would appear this list is based on currently commissioned ships. Anyone see a need for a list of all MSC ships? I know there are at least some instances where former MSC ships have articles and some that don't. --Brad (talk) 19:58, 24 January 2008 (UTC)

Sections 1-5 of this list are active MSC ships, listed by MSC program; section 6 is a very extensive list of former MSC ships. I kind of want to slap categories on them all, drop the 'former' group from this list and make it a list of active MSC ships—but categories could be complicated because of MSC's position as a Navy organization, MSTS's position as predecessor to MSC, and the fact that ships would have to be assessed individually, since many served in the Navy then were transferred to MSTS/MSC.
