Source for the list[edit]

The link to the source for this list is dead. I'm trying to reconcile this list with information I have on John Alleyne Beckles who appears to have been President of the Council from 1836 until his death in 1840 [1]. Mikenorton (talk) 21:01, 11 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
