Methodology and Issues

1. The 15 year cut-off for the list was done keeping in mind the frequency of Chief Ministers who have completed more than 10 years in office. The list can be expanded further with a cut-off as 10 years.
2. Some of the entries - Sheila Dikshit, Okram Ibobi Singh and Tarun Gogoi have completed just over 15 years because of the election schedule. Some Chief Ministers might have missed the 15 year mark because of the schedule. It needs to be debated.
3. Delhi is not a state, it is a union territory. Inclusion in the list needs to be debated. Nouduri (talk) 17:46, 15 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
