Notability
[edit]The top 10 compilations is one of five weekly charts issued by RIANZ and has just as much right to coverage as the others. The compilations chart is mutually exclusive from the general album charts, but some compilations outsell #1 albums. Unfortunately, the RIANZ website uses entirely form-based navigation which prevents linking to a specific chart as reference. This page needs some cleanup - I will work on it once I've completed chart articles I am currently working on. dramatic (talk) 23:13, 7 February 2011 (UTC)
- You can link to a specific chart, using the pattern http://www.rianz.org.nz/rianz/chart.asp?chartNum=1702&chartKind=C. "chartNum" indicates the chart number, and "chartKind" is the type of chart ('S' for singles, 'A' for albums, 'C' for compilations, 'D' for DVDs, and 'H' for heatseekers, which was replaced by radio airplay.
