This would then have repercussions on many other lists which would have to be renamed to maintain a standard.

The use of the ethnic label also allows a natural grouping in the Lists of office-holders which would otherwise be purely alphabetical, allowing easier navigation.

IMO accuracy and accessibility/searchability shouldn't be sacrificed for brevity. --JohnArmagh 10:05, 18 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]
