The article appears to be a number of sources pasted together. The section The Lone Tree Spirit Foundation, Inc. is copied from http://www.ltsf.org/aboutLTSF.html. Unless that site explicitly releases the content via a statement on the site or through and email we must presume that it is copyrighted.
