Remove Sept 2023 flag for meets Wikipedia's notability standards

Hi, I removed the Sept 2023 flag for meets Wikipedia's notability standards. The artist was one of a few selected artists in the world at the Venice Biennale 2024. This is equivalent to an artist making it to the Olympics or getting nominated for a Grammy or Oscar.

I'll add some recent press and information to this artist's page for additional verification and notability.
