Culture_in_Luton --> Luton (Merge)

Yes merge, but keep the title page as "Luton"

I would suggest keeping them separate. The Luton article is on the large side and needs more daughter pages to take some of the detail. The Culture page is clearly a work in progress and should be developed. Taking some info out of the Luton page, rathe rthan adding more in.--GazMan7 09:44, 6 July 2007 (UTC)
