The SISA Link

The link provided near the end of the article to "SISA" which talks about training pilots, in fact takes one to an article about some school in Pakistan that seems not to be related to the "SISA" that the original article is refering to. It seemed to me that there was no connection at all between the two articles except the name. Could someone better equipped than I in this area please check this and delete this link if my observations are correct.
