Incorrect grammar[edit]

I've corrected a phrase in the opening paragraph which was not a grammatical sentence. Specifically:

"According to legend, the eleventh in descent from Colla da Chrich, great-grandson of Cormac mac Airt, monarch of Ireland about the middle of the third century." Danliv2003 (talk) 01:11, 27 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Article name move[edit]

As per the original Irish spelling used by Kings of Fermanagh. Return to original spelling 'Maguire' and 'Mag Uidhir' 2A00:23EE:1520:4B6:3468:552E:1B56:1CC3 (talk) 00:17, 3 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Gaelicbow: I'm also wondering about the reason for the page move, I didn't quite understand the move's edit summary "Familial name". Thanks, Declangi (talk) 04:40, 1 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I have now moved this article back to the Maguire title, the Irish clan being the subject of the article and what the references refer to. Declangi (talk) 04:34, 9 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Seaán mac Con Connacht Óig[edit]

Hi I'm pretty sure this man's name is spelled wrong (there should be only one A in Seán) but I'm not sure. Could someone more knowledgeable/with better Irish confirm this and change if necessary? Thanks! This is from the list of Kings of Fermanagh Indigotwelve (talk) 04:11, 13 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
