Part of the Union Territory of Puducherry

The maps that I have closely inspected show Mangalam as part of the Union Territory of Puducherry, India. See, for example, http://police.pondicherry.gov.in/Map%20all%20region%20ok/Puducherry%20Map%2025.05.11.htm. I would appreciate someone else offering their thoughts on this, so that it can be corrected if that is the case.

The map of Mangalam city is incorrect.

Please change the map.
