[edit]If this is every going to become a featured list, the references need to be correct. Any reviewer could check the first couple and realise a lot of the references don't actually confirm the information stated. Red157(talk • contribs) 22:36, 13 July 2008 (UTC)
- What heck are you talking about all the references comfirms the information. --Be Black Hole Sun (talk) 11:31, 14 July 2008 (UTC)
- Okay, the first reference is to Mark Lanegan's Allmusic page... You first use the reference use it about Screaming Trees and QOTSA, which fits, despite the link not saying that he's best known for those two bands. It also doesn't say that he left the Trees due to the bands' creative direction. It doesn't mention he collaborates with Cobain on Down in the Dark either, or that Saturnalia was the highest placement for a Lanegan record. And finally, Sunday at Devil Dirt isn't mentioned at all on that page. You also link the vast majority of 'Collaborations' and 'Other appearences' to his Rolling Stone discography page, despite many of those tracks not being mentioned on said page. - Okay get this please. The mark lanegan page on allmusic has link to all the related mark lanegan articles do you get it and the highest placement has already a source at billboard 200 and you can check the discography pages related to lanegan. --Be Black Hole Sun (talk) 12:07, 14 July 2008 (UTC)
