Photos of Hofherr House and demolished Round Barn

1. Where can one access public records of applications to the historic register in Indiana? i'm very interested to know who submitted the applications for this place and when.

partly because I'm curious if they applied in order to prevent the complete collapse of the round barn.

2. Local library or historic society officials can provide archive periodical photos of the historic Round Barn, collapsed from neglect, demolished ca. 1996-2000.
