I believe Nappyimals is a hoax and should be removed

[edit]

The page says Martin Morning was followed by Nappyimals, which is "(Another Cartoon Show made by Same Team)." It has two links, but they just link to Diaper (nappy in British English) and Animal. So that claim goes unsourced.

The baffling part about Nappyimals is upon Googling it, apart from mirrors of this page, only one other website mentions it, the page for Martin Morning on something called Paul Marciano Wiki. The wiki covers lots of topics unrelated to Paul Marciano (who appears to have never worked in the animation industry) and might be a wiki for a single person or a group of friends. The quote about Nappyimals is "Rumored that Same Team behind Martin Morning should create and design another cartoon series Nappyimals about Animals only wearing Diapers living in a City called Nappywood City." So, this sounds like something the writer wishes would happen rather than fact. This quote was added to that page after the edit on the Wikipedia page, so whether this is the work of the same person or one reacting to the other is up in the air. Either way, this couldn't have been the source of the addition to the Wikipedia page as it came afterwards, on January 22, 2020. The Wikipedia edit adding it was on September 6, 2019 by an IP user with the edit summary "If they Same team making a New Cartoon?" That sounds purely speculative, and the usage of random capitalization matches up with the grammar on the other wiki.

If there are no objections in a few days, I will be removing the information about Nappyimals. --Meester Tweester (talk) 20:40, 24 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

It is removed now. I found the original edit on Wikipedia also added "Rumored that Same Team behind Martin Morning should create and design another cartoon series Nappyimals about Animals only wearing Diapers living in a City called Nappywood City." which is the exact quote that was added to Paul Marciano Wiki afterwards, making it very likely they were done by the same person. --Meester Tweester (talk) 22:17, 28 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
