Poor writing

I noticed this. Per WP:SEASON we do not use season names as date markers, and per WP:EDITORIAL we use words like "however" with caution. If this article does not meet criteria, and good-faith attempts to improve it are reverted, it may be necessary to take it to Featured Article Review. I simply don't agree with your very strict interpretation of WP:SEASON. Especially when it comes to edits when you replace "spring of <year>" with just "<year>". That's just removing things for the sake of removal, even when the time specification actually becomes less exact. To me it seems obvious that basic specificity trumps opinions regarding style.
