Political views of this page

"Since 2011, the AKP government has increased restrictions on freedom of speech, freedom of the press and internet use" it is information with reference. What I understand in here is if some newspaper call United States terrorist country, will we add this information to United States page? Some references from specific newspaper shouldn't be references for these information. I understand that most of Turkish people who aganist to goverment in Turkey wants to write some specific information and news to here but I don't think that they are significant and trustworthy information. MEOGLOBAL (talk) 21:12, 20 November 2014 (UTC)

Many articles and reports from various respected national and international media outlets have been referenced here. Including BBC, Bloomberg, New York Times, Huffington Post, Hürriyet Daily News etc. If you don't think that they are significant and trustworthy information, well I don't know what else to say. If you have counter-arguments, write them with their references, it's that simple. But do not attamp to delete them just because you think they are not important. Gezginrocker (talk) 22:44, 20 November 2014 (UTC)

Is it significant information for this article?

By circulation, the most popular daily newspapers are Zaman, Posta, Hürriyet, Sabah, Habertürk and Sözcü and newspapers with oppositional editorial line against the government corresponds to 65% of daily newspapers in circulation while pro-government newspapers's share is 25%.[2][3] The broadcast media have a very high penetration as satellite dishes and cable systems are widely available.[1] The "Radio and Television Supreme Council" (RTÜK) is the government body overseeing the broadcast media.[1]MEOGLOBAL (talk) 21:33, 20 November 2014 (UTC)

Yes, it's very significiant info. Firts of all, even %25 corresponds to a large number. Second, that section doesn't only talk about pro-AKP media,it talks about AKP's control over media, columnists losing their jobs etc. If a prime minister commands his man to censor news he doesn't like, yes this is significiant info. And I'd like to remind you that Erdogan accepted that leaked tapes were true and he interfered with media. The title of the section can be discussed, but the article definitely belongs here and it is significant.Gezginrocker (talk) 22:45, 20 November 2014 (UTC)

Simple proof of political view

By circulation, the most popular daily newspapers are Zaman, Posta, Hürriyet, Sabah, Habertürk and Sözcü and newspapers with oppositional editorial line against the government corresponds to 65% of daily newspapers in circulation while pro-government newspapers's share is 25%.[2][3] The broadcast media have a very high penetration as satellite dishes and cable systems are widely available.[1] The "Radio and Television Supreme Council" (RTÜK) is the government body overseeing the broadcast media.[1]

it was second paragraph of this article

in Pro-AKP media section we can see that media group again

Leading pro-AKP newspapers are Yeni Şafak, Akit, Sabah, Star, Takvim, Akşam, Türkiye, Milli Gazete, Güneş, and Milat, among others. Leading pro-AKP TV channels are Kanal 7, 24, Ülke TV, TRT, ATV, TGRT, Sky Turk 360, TV Net, NTV, TV8, Beyaz TV, Kanaltürk, and Kanal A. Leading pro-government internet portals are Haber 7, Habervaktim and En Son Haber. Leading pro-AKP news agencies are state owned Anadolu Agency and İhlas News Agency.

Is same article we see Sabah aganist to Goverment and with Goverment. it shouldn't be in Wikipedia. MEOGLOBAL (talk) 21:43, 20 November 2014 (UTC)

No, you understood it wrong, in the first paragraph it does not say Sabah is anti-government. There are 2 different sentences. "By circulation, the most popular daily newspapers are Zaman, Posta, Hürriyet, Sabah, Habertürk and Sözcü" and "newspapers with oppositional editorial line against the government corresponds to 65% of daily newspapers in circulation while pro-government newspapers's share is 25%." are different sentences. Gezginrocker (talk) 22:42, 20 November 2014 (UTC)

They won't listen to you because they all read newspapers which know Turkey better than Turkish newspapers and they ALL UNBIASED (approved by God). They all independent and free newspapers they don't have any political agenda and not connected with any capitalist rich people. But, lets look of Turkey all of them connected with AKP government want proof? look at UNBIASED citations of xxx times. How can they know, they don't need to know because they like it. HOW OPEN MINDED, REALLY ADMIRE WESTERN PEOPLE. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.253.111.182 (talk) 19:14, 24 March 2017 (UTC)
