Eleven seacoast lights off the coast of Maine
[edit]While there are 54 active, USCG maintained lights in Maine, and three that are privately maintained, the "eleven" refers to the lights off the coast -- not those near or on the mainland. The eleven are:
- Boon Island Light
- Halfway Rock Light
- Isle Au Haut Light
- Matinicus Rock Light
- Monhegan Island Light
- Mount Desert Light
- Nash Island Light
- Petit Manan Light
- Saddleback Ledge Light
- Seguin Light
- Two Bush Island Light
