Questionable statement
[edit]I question the statement:
- "...making Bruce McLaren only the second-ever Grand Prix driver to win a race in a car of his own construction, at the 1968 Belgian Grand Prix."
I will agree that Bruce McLaren was the second driver to win a World Championship race in a car bearing his own name (following Jack Brabham's earlier success in a Brabham), but is not the Eagle in which Dan Gurney won the 1967 Belgian Grand Prix considered to be "of his own construction" (which would therefore make McLaren the third driver to achieve such a feat)? I was always under the impression Dan Gurney did not have as much input into the Eagle T1G, but I could be wrong (as I've learned more about his expertise away from the wheel lately.) If you think it should be changed, go ahead. Formulanone 18:16, 5 November 2008 (UTC)
