Nevermind
[edit]mxpule Could someone make the pictures fit nicer in a table or something?
- appears to be done. 「ѕʀʟ·✎」 23:14, 7 September 2007 (UTC)
View
[edit]I'm sure many people consider the view magnificent but I don't think the statement belongs in the article (that way). Someone famous saying the view is magnificent, sure, why not. Lots42 (talk) 15:10, 27 November 2007 (UTC)
- It is a nice view, but you have a point. Maybe something like, 'from its position it commands a view of much of the island'? That would be more of a fact.. 「ѕʀʟ·✎」 03:30, 28 November 2007 (UTC)
History
[edit]According to what we learnt at school and books the Arabs where those who did Mdina smaller and built a moat around it. The Roman moat was near St. Paul's Church in Rabat —Preceding unsigned comment added by Michaelb1983 (talk • contribs) 20:16, 6 February 2010 (UTC)
Phoenician name
[edit]is almost certainly wrong. It seems like the Phoenician name was for the Grand Harbor & its port city at Cospicua. See Talk:Malta and Talk:Melite (ancient city). Other mistakes: Melita was the Roman name. Melite was the ancient Greek name for the island and the Byzantine Greek name for the city the Romans had renamed Melita. — LlywelynII 03:30, 7 April 2024 (UTC)
