This my first attempt to contribute to Wikipedia and I am still feeling my way! Clearly I haven't quite got it right yet! I appreciate the problem with the title medical diagnostics - but as an application of electron microscopy I thought this was the best title. I will recreate the page as Diagnostic electron microscopy - I have already changed the title although this has locked me out of the article - however, I'll soldier on!
