Mem banks for multiport?
[edit]In https://inst.eecs.berkeley.edu/~cs250/fa10/lectures/lec08.pdf, I read that memory banks are used to enable multiple accesses at the same time. It creates impression that when one actor accesses bank X, another actor may access data in bank Y. --Javalenok (talk) 14:07, 18 October 2017 (UTC)
simultaneous acces to memory banks
[edit]Using memory banks, subsequent addresses of memory can be accesses within the same clock cycle. This technique has been used in CDC205. Shouldn't this be mentioned in the article? Jos Jacob.Koot (talk) 22:02, 8 March 2024 (UTC)
