Why does the pic have a black bar at the bottom, and why is it inaccurate-to-life monochrome?

"Dwarf Florida Jumping Spider" common name
[edit]Similarly to the common name found in Metacyrba punctata, I could not find any mentions of this common name outside of this very same Wikipedia page, and likewise for the cited persons who coined the name.
