Milt Holland was a pioneer

I updated the first sentence of the article to explain this. You can ask any of the musical luminaries mentioned on the page plus Paul Winter and many, many others, and they will concur

Seventeen pages already linked here before this page was created, and another 31 mention him without a link yet. I also added some substantial external links. There will be more to come. This article must not be deleted.
