I have gone ahead and merged the duplicate article into this one. This article has a better name comparable to similar ones in Category:Religious affairs ministries. Both were created by the same editor, (Mohsin hamid123), within minutes of each other in December 2008. After a few more edits on the same day, this user appears to have retired. I have left out promotional material that seems to have been copied from the minstry website or possibly they copied it from here. 90.218.98.130 (talk) 11:43, 5 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
