The MMS Guy is pushing Calcium hypochlorite as the mark 2 version of his miracle cure.
[edit][1] It looks like he will keep moving up the reactivity scale until it really starts killing people.— Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.65.191.122 (talk • contribs)
"former clairvoyant"?
[edit]Under the heading "Uganda", the final paragraph begins "British former clairvoyant Sam Little..." "Clairvoyance is not a real thing, so there can be no such thing as a "former clairvoyant". This should be changed to reflect this reality; perhaps to "Former self-described British clairvoyant Sam Little..." Bricology (talk) 17:37, 21 January 2023 (UTC)
- Agreed and revised. Zefr (talk) 18:42, 21 January 2023 (UTC)
- There are also no such things as Psychics and Mediums, yet many of the bios for such people persist in defining those claiming to be such as exactly that. Just one example: Thomas John (medium). --Hob Gadling (talk) 03:03, 28 January 2023 (UTC)
Potential Merge of Andreas Kalcker
[edit]Someone brought this article to the BLP board - normally, we have to be very careful with accusations against living people that haven't resulting in convictions. I've double checked and most of it is sourced, but I still the page should be deleted - he's only notable for promoting MMS.
... However, there is a bigger story here: MMS in Spanish Speaking Countries, especially during Covid. I absolutely feel that's notable. Should it be merged here? Moved to an article "MMS promotion in Spanish Speaking Countries?" I'd love a second opinion. Denaar (talk) 17:35, 14 July 2023 (UTC)
- Neither article should be deleted as they are sourced properly and notable. The Spanish content would fit very nicely here. -- Valjean (talk) (PING me) 23:51, 14 July 2023 (UTC)
- "If, however, there is only enough information about one notable event related to the person, then the article should be titled specifically about that event." There really isn't a single article about him as a person, but rather, about his promotion of MMS. Lots of coverage of MMS that mentions him in passing (trivial mentions). Also "Editors must give serious consideration to not creating an article on an alleged perpetrator when no conviction is yet secured."... He's not been convicted of anything. Yet, I still think the information in those articles is notable, but it's "Promotion of MMS in Spanish especially as it led to people using the cure during Covid 19 to adverse results" that is the story. Denaar (talk) 21:54, 16 July 2023 (UTC)
- I've gone ahead and done the redirect instead of taking it to AfD. Because it's a living person who has been charged with, but not convicted of a crime, and the only thing I can find for the article is those charges, which are several years old with no follow up - I've moved them here. The situation in argentina might merit it's own article if someone could find some more resources; I came up short but a Spanish-speaking user might be able to find more follow up then I could. [edit]Could someone please change the phrase ‘person/people with autism’ to ‘autistic person/people’ wherever it occurs in the article (except for individuals with a known preference for being labelled) to be more person-centred? Thank you. 80.193.98.150 (talk) 15:08, 29 September 2023 (UTC)

[edit]I think it's worth mentioning in the Argentina section that MMS was promoted on live TV by gossip journalist Viviana Canosa [2]. 186.143.133.109 (talk) 13:00, 2 October 2024 (UTC)
