Mohsen Marzouk is General Secretary of the Nidaa Tounes party,
which is now in power in Tunisia. He is one of the most
powerful politicians in Tunisia. This article's introduction
makes him sound like some random student activist or journalist.
Mohsen Marzouk's government in Tunisia is in danger of failing,
calling into question whether Arab states are capable of democracy.
This is geopolitically important in 2015-12; the article should
