No close paraphrasing, which is good. The article is exceedingly small (only some 400 characters above the minimum), and the notability is quite unclear (someone added a tag to this effect). The hook seems verified, but it isn't quite that interesting (at the moment, it basically summarizes the article), and it bugs me that it fails to clarify the context, specifically which country's Labour Party/parliament.
