How can I unlock a protected template?[edit]

Hi I am a director of the Western Port Biosphere Foundation and have today updated most of this page. The citations, the government departments and the URLs in them are hopelessly wrong.

I have no idea who set this page up in what appears to be about 10 years ago, but I would like to transfer editorship of the page to the Western Port Biosphere Foundation to ensure we can keep it up to date and correct any erroneous updates from third parties.
