New record set; need someone better at editing than me to do it

Jack Thompson set a new cycling record in November 2023 (North to South)in two days, 12 hours and 15 minutes on the 1,067 kilometer trail, which was lengthened by 16 kilometers from the earlier 1,051 kilometers.
