The Armenian forms are hardly a separate mood of the verb. They simply mean "it is necessary I go" and so on. Exactly the same sort of expressions are found in Persian (bāyad beravam etc.) and many other languages. If these are generally considered to be a separate mood, there needs to be a reference to a standard textbook of Armenian using this term. Until then I suggest that the Armenian examples be deleted.
