As far as Finchy is concerned, yes agreed. But I don't agree with the comment about Neil - "He was beter than David Brent at his job, but it meant less to him than it did to David Brent"? If that is how Ricky Gervais wanted it portrayed then he failed - Gervais' portrayal of David Brent never gave the impression that the JOB meant much to him. It was his own popularity with his team, "being liked" that was most important.
