History
[edit]I am currently adding a history compiled from various sources, including the subsections: Maroo Track, initial completion, later expansions, trams and the road today. Anyone that has information please add it to the talk page or to the article if easier. (I have already used the woollahra council website) Bandwagonman 13:49, 17 April 2007 (UTC)
- I have made a basic history, I still have to reference it all Bandwagonman 01:00, 18 April 2007 (UTC)
- But where did the information that there was a Maroo Aboriginal Walking Track come from? There is no mention of it being an Aboriginal walking track on the Woollahra Municipal Council website. Trove returns no mention of the track at all. A google books search similarly has no results. The council website mentions the "Maroo" that was a walking track used by settlers, no mention of Aboriginal people. --Inas (talk) 23:29, 15 July 2013 (UTC)
