Won court case at SDNY Faness France V. VIACOM INCORPORATED 07cv06040 Defendants did not follow the rules of the law. Plaintiff Won by Defaults Defendants Lawyer was Attorney General Andrew Cuomo. The Judge Lorretta A. Preska helping in the Corruption RECEIVED $10 million dollars from Defendants ESPN Funds that was part of Plaintiff settlement. But Plaintiff never received any funds Plaintiff was Victimized by all the Defendants and their co-conspirators Reported crime to Attorney General Latitia James she received and illegal HUSH MONEY PAYMENTS FROM THE DEFENDANTS OF $15 Million to destroy my 14 Complaints that she has at her office Her assistant Ms. GRANT is covering up and holding EVIDENCE on the crime.
