No section for the NDP or Bloc

It’s problematic that sections are only included for the Liberal and Conservative parties as 1. Canada does not have a two party system and 2. Major newspaper endorsements for third parties (namely the NDP and Bloc Québécois) have been very common in recent elections. I am not sure how to change this, but somebody should.
