User:Michellebryan seems to have good intentions, and i have checked her numerous sources, which back up the subject's notability per WP:MUSIC (a record he produced went platinum in Canada, and he's been covered in multiple non-trivial verifiable sources, including the Toronto Star). Michael Bryan posted long explanation of notability on my page: [2]. I would take it as sufficient for establishing notability. I am not so sure whether Peros is notable enough for List of 20th Century Classical Composers and similar lists but I leave it to Michael Bryan or anyone else to decide.
