"The student newspaper of NSCC" is more accurate, less awkward. The paper is actually by the ASB (Associated Student Body), though subject to the District authority.

Recommend creation of disambiguation page for NSCC (currently points to Nova Scotia Community College) since North Seattle Community College is also referred to as NSCC.
