We Northern Bahr el Ghazal people had completely rejected the proposal that brought up by IGAD negotiators. Because they wanted Mahar to be Co. president of South Sudan, also the so called Demilitarization of Juba is not acceptable by all South Sudan people: nevertheless 53 Percentage to be given to Riek is encouraging him to transform ate the government of South Sudan. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 217.28.42.18 (talk) 13:26, 13 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
