Notability

I disagree with the notion that this article isn't notable enough for Wikipedia. It needs more sources, and I would love to do that next time I have significant spare time, but I'm sure it would be easy to find them. Nearly all shopping centers in the United States have Wikipedia articles on account of articles showing up in the news each time there's a tenant change.
