Nuclear Reactors

[edit]

A point was brought up in nuclear power - there's no discussion of naval nuclear reactors, not even in the History section. Simesa 01:39, 19 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Made a small effort toward fixing this. Simesa 09:00, 19 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed Changes

[edit]

Why do we have a section on Ballistic missiles on this page? All the information contained there is redundant; the only thing that ought to be said here, if anything, is that many nuclear navy ships, in particular submarines, are designed to carry ballistic missiles. The information on the missiles themselves should be on the appropriately named separate page. Unless anyone has any objections, I think I'm going to remove that section as redundant. -Kadin2048 22:32, 26 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

New sections on India added. --Chanakyathegreat 07:44, 28 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Little change

[edit]

From "Only the United States Navy and the Royal Navy field an all-nuclear submarine force" to "Only the United States Navy, the France Marine Nationale and the Royal Navy field an all-nuclear submarine force." France has four SSBN one "Redoutable", three "Triomphant" and six SSN "Rubis"class. See Force_Océanique_Stratégique. 83.197.94.122 22:11, 11 November 2006 (UTC) A.G[reply]
