As the anonymous commented mentions above, this and the National synagogue are the same thing with two names. (Don't ask me why they have two names, they just do). Merge, unproblematic decision. The page should be called National Synagogue since this is what the congregation now calls itself. As why synagogues often have two names, the ignorant believe that this is most commonly the result of the merger of two congregations, but insiders recognize it as a sinister Jewish plot designed by the Elders of Zion to confuse Wikipedia editors.
