It says on the article that Oli studied sound engineering while touring. Oli was my housemate when he had just got signed with Stornoway and was touring. He was studying an MSc in Chemistry. While I'm not going to doubt the fact he may have studied sound engineering at a later point (Stornoway were active for four years after we moved out of that house), I also cannot find any reference to sound engineering on the citation provided for this fact.
