Bare Links Cleanup
[edit]I used the reFill bot to fix three of the bare reference links on this page, but it couldn't fix the fourth one for some reason (I'm not bot savvy enough to know why not I'm afraid!)so I'm leaving the bare references template at the top of the page until someone fixes the last one.
