Fair use rationale for Image:Daughtry over you.jpg

[edit]

Image:Daughtry over you.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Music Video

[edit]

I removed the part of the description regarding the boyfriend's death. You can infer from the video that a car accident occurred, but it is pure speculation that the boyfriend actually, as there is nothing in the video to show evidence of his death. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 206.253.186.24 (talk) 17:23, 28 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sarah's boyfriend

[edit]

It is never shown that Sarah's boyfriend dies in this video. So, whoever keeps putting that in needs to stop.

Alcohol Addiction

[edit]

The video did show of the girl drinking, but the song and lyrics do not match up with this assumption of the song meaning. If it was about an Alcohol Addiction, then the rest of the video, after the part where the girl is drinking, does not match up. Nor is there evidence to support an Alcohol Addiction. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.34.16.100 (talk) 02:20, 23 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Over You (Daughtry song)Over You — This article should be moved back to original title since the other non-charted song does not have an article and would fail WP:NSONGS. User:JoshSiber made this same move back in December, [1], only to self-revert himself two days later, [2] and then redid the move yesterday. —Aspects (talk) 01:22, 4 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Over YouOver You (Daughtry song) – This article needs to be moved to created a dab page at Over You. It is funny that I am making this request since right above you can see my request in the other direction. Since that last request there have been three other articles created with songs using the title Over You, Over You (Girlicious song), Over You (Lasgo song) and Over You (Roxy Music song), plus as can be seen in the hatnote for this article there are at least three other albums have songs with the title. Since all four sogns have charted, I do not think any of them have preference to the un-dabbed title. Aspects (talk) 02:54, 11 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
