Listed location is incorrect.

The article describes the location of Owyhee in Ada County but the location coordinates listed are in Idaho County. As well, the infobox lists the location in Canyon County. At least one of these has to be incorrect, as Idaho county does not border Ada or Canyon counties. However, I don't know the actual location and even what county the city is in, so I can't fix this.
