Pretty sure this can't be added to the page without sources, which I don't have, but thought someone might make use of it anyway (or can come up with a search that will reveal some sources?). Personally, I use the tines of a fork to smash the fats. I believe I'd rather have a pastry knife but the fork does work. 172.58.158.135 (talk) 19:12, 23 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
